Anova Precision Cooker Pro vs. Joule

Become a smart chef with a smart Precision Cooker!

Sous Vide is a French cooking method that directly translates to “under vacuum’’ and it’s a type of method that utilizes precise temperature control to deliver consistent and restaurant-quality meals, straight from your kitchen to the table.

Your food such as vegetables, meat or fish is tightly packed in a vacuum-sealed bag which is then placed in a pot of water or container, with your precision cooker accurately monitoring the temperature that you’ve set prior.

The benefits of this type of cooking range from more enhanced flavors, healthier dishes, almost never overcooked if done correctly, and is ideal for bulk cooking!

Today we’ll be looking at the more powerful Anova Precision Cooker Pro, and WiFi operated Joule to see which model suits you and your kitchen best.
